Add new collections below currently selected collection

When you add a new Variable collection, the new collection should be added below the currently selected collection, not to the very bottom of the list. I don’t want to have to have my place in the list changed and then have to drag the new collection up below the collection I was just editing. My expected behaviour is to add the new collection next to where I am, not where I’m not.
